Shipping / Return Policy
We try and make shipping as easy as we can over here. Over time we have found the easiest way to do shipping is as follows:
Orders under $50.00 are flat rate $3.00 for shipping.
Orders under $100.00 are flat rate $5.00 for shipping.
Orders over $100.00 get FREE SHIPPING on us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is flat rate $15.00 for as much stuff as you want.
We primarily use the USPS for all of our domestic and international shipping. If orders are for more than 5 items we will use UPS as our shipper. If you have any questions about shipping, or request something different, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item[s] postmarked within 15 calendar days from receipt for either a refund or an online store credit, your choice. Please return items in original condition [unworn, unwashed, unaltered] with the tags still attached. Please allow two weeks from the time you mail your order for you return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and mailed.
For domestic returns, please make sure to send the product back using a trackable shipping service that provides a tracking number. One the return has been received and inspected to make sure it has not been worn, washed or altered we will provide you with a refund or online store credit, whichever you prefer.
International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a track-able and insured service. Make sure to include your invoice or returns form when mailing your return. Once received we will provide either a refund or online store credit, your choice.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
Or, you may also mail us the item back with a written description of the items needed and reason for the exchange. Once the item has been received we will check to make sure we have a replacement item and if we do, we will mail it out to you. Make sure to pack and seal your box well. We would also recommend using a service that provides you with a tracking number to ensure your exchange does not get lost in transit. We do not accept COD, so please make sure your package is prepaid.
All sale items are deemed final sale and cannot be returned.
